You agree that you are the age of 18 or

Commissions
You agree to receive any earned commissions through a payment method determined by the admin.
Commissions are paid only to members who directly refer other members
who might purchase an upgrade to receive additional advertising
packages. We have a 1 tier affiliate program and there is no 2nd tier
affiliate program or MLM structure involved with our site at all.
You are not required to upgrade in order to receive commissions.

EMAILS
By joining Free Daily Traffic YOU
AGREE TO RECEIVE EMAILS FROM admin@freedailytraffic.com or no-reply@freedailytraffic.com. Please
add these email addresses to your address book and mark all emails from Free Daily Traffic as NOT SPAM. This is to ensure all members get verification emails as well as website updates, commissions info etc. Again,
these emails may be for updates, account issues, Free Daily Traffic promotions
or anything that Free Daily Traffic needs to relay to all members.
No Autoresponders or Bounced Emails
are allowed
If your
email address bounces or sends back Free Daily Traffic a message with an autoresponder,
you risk having your account deleted. All referrals and COMMISSIONS will be
lost if your account is deleted.
Liability
Free Daily Traffic is an
information marketing tool used
to help it's members on the Internet. Free Daily Traffic does not make any promises written or implied as to the
amount of money that can be earned from Free Daily Traffic. It is your responsibility to make sure your
payment email address is correct. Commission payments made to the
wrong account because of an incorrectly entered id is your
responsibility.
Policies
All policies, rules and regulations are the final decision
of Free Daily Traffic. We reserve the right to modify, add or change any
policies as we deem necessary at any time. All members agree that they will not
hold Free Daily Traffic liable for any items or policies within this program.
Refunds
Please know in advance that there are (NO) refunds on
any Free Daily Traffic offers sold. The reasoning is simple.
A: Free Daily Traffic is sold primarily through a referral network
of partners who collect 100% of the purchases and all other
sales are collected by the admin of Free Daily Traffic.
B: Free Daily Traffic offers digital services such as banner ads
and text ads that are immediately activated upon
account access and even though it is 'digital' in form,
there are delivery and fulfillment costs incurred.
For these specific reasons, there are (NO) refunds available.
This also protects you should you decide to promote Free Daily Traffic as it protects you from freebie seekers wanting something for nothing.
If you can not agree to this refund policy, then please do
(NOT) place an order with us.
SPAM
Free Daily Traffic has a
zero tolerance for spam.
Anyone caught spamming will be deleted from the program and is subject to civil
and criminal prosecution including fines. If you are to include
Free Daily Traffic's name or URL in any email promotion, please only email to
your own "double-optin" subscribers or on safelists, traffic exchanges, ad
exchanges, list builders, classified ads, ppc marketing and other
legitimate forms of advertising.
However, the following are grounds for termination of
your account:
To send unsolicited emails to anyone that is
not on your own personal double-optin list. If this does not make sense to you, then do not include
promotions for Free Daily Traffic in emails.
To
falsify user information provided to Free Daily Traffic or to other users of
the service in connection with Free Daily Traffic, or any of it's
other sites.
To use the Free Daily Traffic name and URL via bought commercial
bulk email lists is prohibited.
Do NOT to promote your affiliate page using blasters or
to purchased leads - Or on any program promising to blast your ad to millions of
users.
Free Daily Traffic considers the above practices to constitute abuse of our
service and of the recipients of such unsolicited mailings and/or postings who
often bear the expense. Therefore, these practices are prohibited by Free Daily Trafficterms and conditions of service. Engaging in one or more of
these practices will result in termination of the offender's account.
Nothing contained in this policy shall be
construed to limit Free Daily Traffic actions or remedies in any way with
respect to any of the foregoing activities.
Free Daily Traffic reserves the right to take any and all additional actions
it may deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without
limitation taking action to recover the costs and expenses of identifying
offenders and removing them from the program.
In addition, Free Daily Traffic reserves at all times
all rights and remedies available to it with respect to such activities at law
or in equity.
We use IP
tracking devices. Any user that is found to blatantly violate this agreement
will be banned from the program indefinitely and may be subject to civil and
criminal prosecution.
We
reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We may also make changes to these
rules, regulations, and policies at any time.
By becoming a member of Free Daily Traffic, you agree to all of the above
terms and conditions.
